Stephan Fiallos
President
Stephan Fiallos joined Westlake Escrow in 2005, bringing with him a lifelong familiarity with the escrow industry and a background in marketing, operations, and business development.
As the son of founder Liz Fiallos, Stephan grew up around the business and developed a strong understanding of the escrow process, the clients Westlake serves, and the level of professionalism expected from a trusted escrow company. Over the years, his role expanded into company administration, sales, marketing operations, and strategic growth.
Today, as President of Westlake Escrow, Stephan leads the company with a focus on modern communication, operational excellence, and technology-forward thinking while maintaining the high level of service and personal relationships that have defined Westlake Escrow since its founding.
Liz Fiallos
Founder & Vice President
Liz Fiallos’ journey in the world of escrow began with a simple advertisement for a receptionist position. Within weeks of starting as a receptionist, Liz’s aptitude was recognized, and she was promoted to escrow assistant.
As she gained experience, Liz discovered a passion for escrow transactions. She absorbed knowledge, learned the process from the ground up, and eventually became an escrow officer. Over time, she became a trusted resource in the industry and helped launch multiple escrow businesses.
In 2003, Liz established Westlake Escrow with a vision centered on professionalism, integrity, and long-term relationships. Her decades of experience and leadership helped shape the company’s reputation for dependable service and careful attention throughout the escrow process.
Today, Liz continues to support Westlake Escrow as Vice President while the next generation leads the company forward.
