Liz Fiallos
Liz's journey in the world of escrow began with a simple advertisement. When she answered a call for a receptionist position. Within weeks of starting as a receptionist, Liz’s aptitude was recognized, leading to her promotion as an escrow assistant. It was here that she discovered her passion for the intricacies of escrow transactions. As she absorbed knowledge and gained experience, Liz was elevated to the role of Escrow Officer. Each step in her career deepened her commitment to the field.
Over the following years, Liz became a sought-after resource in the industry, assisting in the launch of numerous escrow businesses. Her hands-on experience and keen insights allowed her to refine her skills and understand the nuances of the trade. By 2003, armed with years of experience and a vision for excellence, Liz established Westlake Escrow.
Now, with over two decades of service under its belt, Westlake Escrow has built a reputation for its high level of service and seamless transaction processes. Liz's knowledge and dedication have not only shaped the company’s identity but also inspired her colleagues and newcomers to the industry. Her journey from receptionist to owner and president exemplifies the possibilities within the escrow business, making her a role model for many.
Stephan Fiallos
Stephan joined Westlake Escrow in 2005 as Marketing Director, bringing with him a lifelong familiarity with the escrow industry, given that he is the son of Liz Fiallos, the company president. Having been exposed to the intricacies of the business from a young age, Stephan graduated with a major in Marketing and seamlessly transitioned into his role at Westlake.
Over the years, he has expanded his responsibilities to include company administration as well as overseeing sales and marketing operations. With a forward-thinking approach, Stephan is dedicated to leading Westlake Escrow into the future by implementing innovative strategies and cutting-edge technology, all while ensuring that high-level service remains a cornerstone of the company’s operations.
